The main approach road is 23 ft. wide which takes off from the municipal main road (Sitapaila Ring Road to Museum), opens into the complex through a decorative grand gate. The internal roads in the complex is spacious with the main road being 17 feet and 14 feet wide at the arteries. The exit road is 23 feet and leads to the 46 feet wide municipal road.
Community hall.
The Central Community hall is also the main comunity office and also serves as a multi-purpose community hall.
Swimming Pool.
Well treated sparkiling clear water shall serve the swimming pool inside the housing premises which gives rejuvination to the daily life.
Gym Hall..
The Central Gym hall is located above the main community hall and is designed to keep members of the housing community in good health and shape.

along with Broad Band Connectivity for internet services.
Water Supply and Drainage.
A 24 hours around the clock treated water supply is provided through the 6 inch deep tube well, 4 inch 12.5 HP Submersible pump. There is also a 1,20,000 litres capacity underground RCC tank, a 16,000 litres capacity Thermax treatment plant and a 50,000 litres capacity over head tank. This is distrubuted by circular looping of the supply pipe to ensure even pressure distrubution to all houses.
Security.
The housing community will have a well manned 24 hours security system.
