An insurance policy shall be managed (as an agent to any insurance company) for the members of the Sitapaila Housing Families against any accidents and their children against their further studies and marriage function expenditures.

In-house Bill Payments:
Sitapaila Housing Society shall depute man-power for house to house collections and clear/pay their electricity, telephone, water supply, school fees, and other dues payable regularly without penalty charge in time with nominal service charge.

Multipurpose Hall:
Multipurpose hall for any big gatherings, operated by the housing society with nominal charge.

You own the entire Complex:
Each house shall have the 5.30, 5.77, 6.36, 7.41, 8.18, 9.46 anna of land in their name and all the rest of the free spaces like roads, open areas, pool etc shall be in the name of housing company. Each house shall be with 2046 sft. Built area plus 144 car-porch with classical and semi-classical architecture in 2 different designs
